Return & Refund Policy

At Directors Drip, we are committed to delivering premium products and ensuring your complete satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully to understand the procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Policy

1.1. Return Window To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the request within:

  • 3 days of delivery for orders inside Dhaka.
  • 7 days of delivery for orders outside Dhaka.

1.2. Conditions for a Valid Return For a return to be accepted, the item(s) must be:

  • Completely unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • In their original, undamaged packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Note: Any item returned with signs of use, damage, or missing components will not be accepted.

1.3. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items on sale or clearance.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Gift cards.

1.4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support team via email or phone.
  2. Provide your Order Number and a clear reason for the return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps for sending the product back to us.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with a return or exchange, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Refund Eligibility & Processing

  • Refunds are only processed for approved returns that meet all the conditions mentioned in Section 1.2.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

2.2. Refund Method

  • For orders paid online (e.g., card, bKash), the refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bKash or bank transfer. You will be asked to provide these details.

2.3. Deductions

  • Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund amount.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

2. Provide your order details and clear photos of the defective or wrong item.

3. We will verify the issue and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or a full refund. In such cases, Directors Drip will cover all return shipping costs.
