Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchanges

1.1. Exchange Timeframe

• Inside Dhaka: You have 4 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

• Outside Dhaka: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

1.2. Conditions for Exchange To be eligible, items must be:

• Completely unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• Returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

1.3. Exchange Options

• Items can be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability.

• If the desired size or color is unavailable, you may exchange it for another product of equal or lesser value.

 

2. The Exchange Process

2.1. How to Request an Exchange To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Support team with your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason.

2.2. What to Expect Our team will review your request and confirm your eligibility. Once approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back to us. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange and dispatch the new product.

 

3. Shipping and Fees

3.1. Shipping Costs

• Your Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us.

• Our Responsibility: Directors Drip will cover the shipping costs for sending the new, exchanged item back to you (within Bangladesh only).

3.2. Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Items If the exchange is necessary due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will cover all shipping costs—both for the return of the original item and the delivery of the replacement.

 

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

Please note that the following are not eligible for an exchange:

• Items marked as ‘Sale’ or ‘Final Sale’.

• Customized or personalized products.

• Items that show any signs of wear, use, washing, or alteration.

• International orders are not eligible for exchange at this time.
